I’m Laura,

After years of sports injuries, I discovered that rest and menstrual cycle awareness were the missing pieces in my wellness journey. Everything in my life changed for the better when I started embracing my natural rhythms.

Now my mission as a Menstrual Cycle Coach and Restorative Yoga teacher is to take what I’ve learned and help others reconnect with their bodies to find more ease, joy, and balance in life.
